These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and phbet ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). phbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the phbet Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Access to and use of the phbet Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering a phbet account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. phbet may at any time request age verification documentation from any player. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and, if the player is found to be underage, permanent closure of the account without refund of any amounts wagered.
The phbet Platform is operated for and targeted at players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the phbet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phbet makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate for use in any location other than Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal is expressly prohibited. If you access the Platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your phbet account and to keep this information current at all times. Providing false or misleading information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure. phbet is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate account information.
2. Account Management
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one phbet account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. phbet employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same player will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and phbet reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your phbet account, you must notify phbet's support team immediately via live chat or email.
phbet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by phbet. KYC verification may require submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing. All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with phbet's Privacy Policy.
You may close your phbet account at any time by contacting phbet support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that comply with these Terms will be processed in the normal course. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. phbet also reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, abuse of promotions, breach of these Terms, or suspected illegal activity.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
phbet supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following rules apply to all financial transactions conducted through the phbet Platform:
- The minimum deposit amount on phbet is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. phbet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — accounts belonging to another individual — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your phbet account pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. Where this is not possible, phbet will process the withdrawal to an alternative payment method verified under the player's name at phbet's discretion.
- phbet processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes on average following successful KYC verification and compliance review. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where the payment provider's network experiences delays.
- phbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. This is part of phbet's commitment to operating a safe and secure platform and is not a punitive measure directed at any individual player.
- Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed directly with a payment provider by a player in relation to phbet transactions are prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. phbet reserves the right to suspend any account from which a chargeback or reversal is initiated and to recover any amounts reversed pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
phbet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by phbet are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to each individual offer:
All bonuses credited to a phbet account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the individual bonus terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money wagers on eligible games within the validity period of the bonus. Wagers placed on games excluded from wagering requirement contribution will not count toward the rollover.
phbet reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: placing bonus funds on both sides of the same market or outcome, systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, using duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or engaging in any pattern of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any winnings generated from abusive bonus use may be voided.
All bonuses credited to a phbet account have a validity period as specified in the individual bonus terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. phbet is under no obligation to notify players of an impending bonus expiry, though we may do so as a courtesy reminder via SMS or platform notification.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the phbet Platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to the appropriate legal or regulatory authorities:
- Registering or operating more than one phbet account, including accounts registered under aliases, family members' names, or fictitious identities.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access or interact with the phbet Platform, including automated betting systems, game solvers, or data-scraping tools.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on phbet.
- Using the phbet Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using phbet accounts as a conduit for passing funds between third parties.
- Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any phbet game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a technical fault will be voided and the account suspended.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbet's customer support staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any third-party platform where phbet is referenced.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the phbet Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game titles, interface design, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of phbet or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
The phbet brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the property of phbet. Unauthorized use of any phbet trade mark, brand element, or intellectual property in any medium — including social media, third-party websites, print, or digital advertising — without prior written consent from phbet is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phbet's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by phbet shall be limited as described in the clauses below. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
phbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, bugs, or technical faults. The Platform may be subject to periods of maintenance, upgrade, or outage during which access may be suspended or limited. phbet will not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, loss of bonus eligibility, or missed sporting events — arising from any period of Platform unavailability, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
phbet is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game played on the Platform. All game outcomes are determined by certified third-party RNG systems or by live sporting events, as applicable. Gambling involves financial risk and players may lose the money they wager. phbet strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. phbet will not be held liable for any financial loss sustained by a player as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
8. Responsible Gaming and Account Termination
phbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. phbet provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within a player's account settings, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, session time limits, and reality check reminders. phbet strongly encourages all players to make use of these tools if they feel their gaming activity is becoming difficult to control.
phbet is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older to access and use the Platform. phbet operates age verification checks and may request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately without exception.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be unable to access the Platform, place wagers, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new phbet account during the exclusion period — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
phbet reserves the right to terminate any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false or misleading registration information; the player is found to be under the age of 21; the player is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players. Upon termination for breach, phbet reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
phbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the phbet Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. phbet may notify players of material changes via email or platform notification, but is not obligated to do so. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the phbet Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the player and phbet directly through phbet's customer support channels should be submitted to phbet's formal disputes resolution process, details of which are available from phbet's support team. phbet is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.
